By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that:

• You possess appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and containment facilities suitable for handling chemical reagents.

4. Order Placement & Manual Payment Processing

Because Raw Chems USA utilizes non-credit-card checkout gateways (Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Chime, Bitcoin), order fulfillment is managed manually.

• All non-crypto payment transfers must be submitted as an INSTANT TRANSFER.
• Buyers must submit proof of payment (screenshot/receipt) to support@rawchemsusa.com along with their Order Number.
• Orders lacking confirmed payment proof will remain on hold and will not be processed or shipped out.

5. Shipping & Domestic Delivery

Fulfillment is strictly limited to the domestic United States. Shipping transit dates provided during checkout are carrier estimates. Raw Chems USA is not liable for minor carrier delays once packages are handed over to USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

6. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raw Chems USA, its administrators, and fulfillment personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from improper handling, unintended storage, misuse, or regulatory violations concerning purchased compounds.
